Beef Gravy recipe?

I'm on the search for a really flavorful beef gravy....does anyone have a recipe for one or know of one? I don't want it to taste too floury or bland but really full bodied.

I'd appreciate the help if anyone has suggestions!!

I don't have a specific recipe, but I find that adding worcestershire sauce helps make the flavor lots richer.
